At Positive Polynesian, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors, or change-of-mind purchases.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue

Clear photos showing the problem
Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, reach out. We’ll investigate and either replace or refund the item.
Final Sale Items
All purchases are final unless there’s a production error or shipping issue. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or personal preference.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, items go into production and cannot be modified or stopped.

A: If it’s been 30 days since the estimated delivery date, email us. We’ll check with the shipping carrier and either reship or refund your order.
