Order Fulfillment
Positive Polynesian works with a print-on-demand partner to create high-quality, custom products. Each item is made to order, which may slightly extend processing and delivery times.
Processing Times
Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 2-7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom Items: Custom designs may take up to 10 business days for processing.
Shipping Times
U.S. Mainland Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.
Hawaii, Alaska, and Remote Areas: Delivery may take 15-20 business days due to the distance and potential carrier delays.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and customs but generally range from 7-21 business days.
Note: Delivery times may be impacted during holidays or due to unforeseen delays with our carriers.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the order weight, dimensions, and destination at checkout.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
International Customers
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this window, orders cannot be altered as they may already be in production.
